Q. What is the physical address of the airport?
A.
The Miami Airport does not have an actual physical address. For driving directions, MIA’s
   physical address is 4200 NW 21 St – Miami, Fl 33122. Click here to for additional information.

You may also visit ( www.yahoo.com ) click on maps and by just entering MIA, you will get complete driving directions to and from the airport and a detailed map.

Q. Where can I find maps of the area with directions to the airport or surrounding areas?

Q. Do you have locker storage in your Airport?
A.
As of September 11, 2001, passengers may only store baggage in the baggage storage facility.

Q. Do you have long-term baggage storage in your Airport?
A.
Yes. There is a baggage storage facility available to the traveling public. It is located in Concourse E, Level 2, and operates from 05:00 am to 11:00 pm. Pricing is subject to baggage size.

Q. Do you have a hotel inside the Airport?
A.
Yes. There is a hotel inside the terminal building. The hotel lobby is in Concourse E, Level 2.

Q. What is the phone or web address of the hotel inside the Airport?
A.

Q. Do you have duty-free shops in your Airport?
A.
Yes. There are duty free shops and boutiques located throughout the Terminal and also inside each Concourse.

Q. Do you have shower facilities in the Airport?
A.
Currently, there are no designated shower facilities in the airport.

Q. What type of transportation can I take from Miami International Airport to Ft. Lauderdale Airport?
A.
1
. Tri-rail train service. Free shuttle service to and from the Airport Terminal at both airports is available to passengers using this service.
2. Super Shuttle van service. This is a shared ride service offering door-to-door service.
3. You may also wish to take a taxi.

Q. How much are the taxes for international flights?
A.
Taxes are usually added to the ticket at the time of purchase. If they are not, you must contact the individual airline for the correct amount.  Most airlines will add a security fee to the departure tax and there is also an airport user fee. The security fee charged by the airlines is what will change the total of the departure tax. Please note that an additional security tax was added to each ticket issued, after September 11, 2001.

Q. Do you have a business center in the Airport?
A.
There are a few options available:
1. The hotel inside the airport has a business center. Contact the concierge in the hotel lobby for information.
2. Major airlines with clubs in the airport offer their passengers’ use of their business centers. Contact the individual airlines for entry requirements.

Q. Can I access the Internet in the airport?
A.
There is a computer that can be used by the public to access the Internet, at the 7th level of the hotel. The hotel provides wireless connection and during office hours they allow passengers use of the computer.

Q. Is there bus service to Orlando from MIA?
A.
Yes. There are several companies that offer service to Orlando from MIA. You may contact the Information Counter in the Terminal or call the Information Line at 305-876-7000 or 1-800-TALK-MIA.

Q. Is there convenient transportation available to KEY WEST and other destinations in the Florida Keys?
A.
TransFloridian provides economical scheduled daily service to several destinations in the Florida Keys, including Islamorada, Key Largo, Marathon and Key West. Seats onboard these motorcoaches are comparable to airline style Business Class seating and offer such features as Arm Rests, Foot Rests, Folding Tray Tables, etc. TransFloridian offers full onboard meal and beverage services as well. www.transfloridian.com Other transportation options to the Florida Keys include Greyhound Bus Service www.greyhound.com and taxi service. NOTE: taxi service to the Florida Keys is expensive because it is charged at the metered rate. Taxi prices range between $150 (Key Largo) and $400 (Key West).
