The Procurement Division manages a comprehensive portfolio of procurement and materials management activities that support the Department’s capital development, operational needs, and revenue-generating programs. The Division oversees procurements associated with the Department’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including Architectural and Engineering services, design-build delivery, and construction projects of varying size and complexity. In addition, the Division administers procurements for a wide range of goods and services across numerous contracts and provides oversight and standardization support for concession programs operating throughout the airport system. The Division also manages strategic sourcing operations and oversees multiple warehouses and stores locations, ensuring the efficient acquisition, storage, and distribution of materials necessary to sustain airport operations and infrastructure development.

All MDAD Solicitations are advertised via Informs Portal except construction related solicitations. Construction Bids are publicly advertised in the following local newspapers: Le Floriden, Miami Times, and Diario de Las Americans.
