Commercial Service Airports Law - Florida Statute 332.0075 became effective October 1, 2020.  The law mandates the Auditor General perform audits of commercial airports to assure compliance to financial disclosures, purchasing, contracting and ethics requirements.  This law seeks to provide transparency and accountability through these audits as well by providing public access to the requisite disclosure and financial information on the airport’s website.  Miami International Airport, through the oversight of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, fully support and are committed to promoting trust and ethical action in government.
