Launched under the vision of Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, and led by MIA Director and CEO Ralph Cutie, the I AM MIA program focuses on workforce development and enhancing the customer experience. With over 37,000 employees strong, MIA is committed to providing excellent service, ensuring guests reach their destinations feeling relaxed and at ease.
